When does the online auction open?

You will have the opportunity to bid online for items beginning Thursday, June 19.

When does the auction close?

The auction will close at 6:45 p.m. CT on Tuesday, June 24.

If I am not able to attend Charity Classic this year, can I still bid and participate in the online auction?

Yes! A link to access the auction will be provided closer to the June 19 open date.

What happens to my donated product if no one bids on it?

The Best Buy Social Impact team will hang on to your product for use in future fundraising events.

I won a large item at the silent auction and was told it would ship directly to me. When can I expect it?

Vendor partners were asked to ship large items directly to winning bidders by Friday, July 18. If you have not received your item by then, please reach out to us at charityclassic@bestbuy.com.
